One barred owl spotted over Paul Revere's grave

BOSTON (www.wcvb.com) — They are common to woods, even suburban neighborhoods, but the appearance of barred owls on the Boston Common this month is surprising some bird watchers and intriguing tourists.

One has been spotted in a tree above Paul Revere's grave in the Old Granary Burial Ground, according to Mark Brown, who has taken several pictures of the owls.
